Vegetable
base for salted pouches
In a pot filled with water, place the rest of your vegetables
(celery, peppers, leek, etc.). Season as wanted. Let simmer
for 30 minutes. Strain and set aside. You can prepare your
salted pouches using this savory stock.
Meals
Stracciatella
Dilute a pouch of Inovacure chicken noodle soup in 200 ml of
water. Add one egg white, stirring quickly. Add spinach. Season
to taste. You can use more water.
Soup-meals
Prepare a pouch of Inovacure cream of chicken soup. Add mushrooms,
broccoli, wheat germ and celery. Season to taste.
Zucchini and fine herbs omelette
Brown zucchini in olive oil. Prepare a pouch Inovacure omelette.
Whip an egg white and add to pouch. Pour the mixture over a
bed of zucchini.
Desserts
Ice mousse
Mix a pouch of Inovacure chocolate pudding with 120 ml of water.
Place in freezer for 15 minutes to make an iced mousse.
Milk shake
Mix a pouch of Inovacure chocolate pudding in 120 ml of water.
Add a glass of ice cubes and mix in a blender. Add a zest of
lemon, a pinch of nutmeg and a dash of cinnamon.
Granity
Add 100 ml of water and a glass of crushed ice to a pouch of
Inovacure fruit drink. Put in freezer for 30 minutes. Serve
in a small glass with a slice of lemon. Best eaten cold.
Moka coffee
Mix a pouch of Inovacure cocao in 120 ml of black coffee instead
of water.
